All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers.
HLMR Luxury offers products for sale that are in stock and available for shipment from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we wait for shipments from our luxury suppliers. Consequently, from time to time you may be able to make an advance payment for certain items, in which case you will be able to make a purchase in advance. This ensures that you receive this item with priority as soon as the designer’s stock has been delivered to HLMR Luxury. HLMR Luxury only takes pre-stock orders for stock that are planned for delivery by a designer. Your rights regarding Prior Purchase are the same as for any other purchase at HLMR Luxury. Alternatively, you can easily choose to register your e-mail address for notification of arrival of the selected goods that are not in stock.
Items received in stock may have been pre-allocated to meet the Down Payment Orders and customers who receive prepayments receive items priority to customers on the waiting list or customers who order via the website for immediate delivery. Please note that we may not be able to deliver selected Advance Payment products due to production issues or quality control issues that are identified when we receive an order in stock. In these circumstances, we will notify you by e-mail and return the Down Payment on your credit / debit card within 30 days of notification that merchandise is no longer available.
If you have registered your e-mail address for the notification of the arrival of a specific product on our website, we will try to notify you by e-mail within 48 hours after the product is available on the website. Keep in mind that on occasion certain products that are particularly in demand are sold out during this period.
HLMR Luxury stores a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
HLMR Luxury does not sell products that children buy. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use HLMR Luxury with the help of a parent or guardian

Apart from what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we can not be more specific about availability. Keep in mind that shipping estimates are exactly that. They are not guaranteed shipping times and should not be trusted as such. While processing your order, we will inform you by e-mail when products you order are found to be unavailable.
Prices may be changed and HLMR Luxury reserves the right to make changes at any time in its sole discretion. Check the final sales price before sending the relevant order form. The prices on the website include VAT at the applicable rate.
The goods remain the property of HLMR Luxury until the payment is received and approved.
You will own the goods on and from the last of the time when: (a) we receive the full payment, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.
HLMR Luxury insures every purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the delivery address specified by you. We need a signature for all delivered goods, at which time the responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. If you have specified a recipient that you are not for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift), you accept that proof of signature by them (or on that delivery address) is proof of delivery and execution by HLMR Luxury and transfer of responsibility to the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the moment we deliver them to the address you gave us.
Please note that we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours or 48 hours during sales periods. The delivery times on the site are estimates and serve only as a guide and start from the date of shipment. In any case, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. HLMR Luxury is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
If the delivery is delayed due to an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. Provided we do this, we are not liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of significant delay, please contact us to cancel your order and we will issue a refund for all goods for which you have paid but not received.
Promotional codes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. In addition, they can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offers and must be exchanged at the published date, if provided.
